  You are so right. I have found that to be very true when it comes to OTOs. Many of the paid list builders I use came with OTOs. I was warned ahead of time that the free accounts are really a waste of time. That’s why I have a pro account with places like List Joe and Viral URL. But they are expensive! Your OTO of $37.00 lifetime is a the best bargain I’ve seen in a long time. I jump when someone makes me a lifetime offer.
